Vol 1: It's not like the prison you see on TV. It is so much different. Depending where you go and the type of prison you work in, you will experience some strange, scary, and often sickening things about people who become incarcerated for crimes you didn't even know existed. For the most part, you won't even hear about the vast majority of the crimes on the news....too disguisting to talk about. In the upcoming blog entries, you will hear true stories from a real correctional officer, working in a real prison. Nothing will be made up. From the inmates that live there, to the staff...all true. Stay tuned for volume 2.
