Welcome to People Fuel! 

Thank you for reading the Terms of Service and for visiting People Fuel.  People Fuel is a community of webmasters who build relevant content on a number of different subjects.  We build this content to aid web surfers in finding the information that they are searching for.  People Fuel is built as a guide for people who are searching for detailed information or links to relevant information about any subject.  People Fuel is a “better than free” service provided to the entire Internet community as a resource of information, and as a platform for experts to share their knowledge with that community.  Everyone knows something about something so sign up today and share your knowledge with everyone.  It doesn’t matter whether you are passionate about quilting, cooking, cars, or pets with People Fuel you have the platform to share that passion. 

1. You agree that by using People Fuel as a writer or a surfer to all of the following terms and conditions

You will not spam!  We are marketer friendly but we do not tolerate any form of spam.  Placing links in the comments of other member’s articles is spam.  Writing about subjects that internet users as a whole deem to be spam is spamming.  Those subjects include but are not limited to gambling, refinancing, credit consolidation, pharmaceuticals, moobs, or anything else that we determine to be spam at our sole discretion.  There are millions of subjects for people to write about that people are interested in please choose topics that are not spammy.

3. You will not alter, change, or hack the people fuel website in any way.  You cannot attempt to redirect traffic away from People Fuel in any way other than through links placed in articles.  Attempting to do so will get you account terminated.  See below for our account termination policy.

4. You cannot collect surfers email addresses through your articles.  It is okay to encourage readers to contact you or your website but you cannot collect email addresses through your people fuel articles.  We are a community of like minded people and you are encouraged to participate and form relationships within this community but not for the sole purpose of building spam lists.

5. If you register or sign up for an account at People Fuel you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.  All information provided at the time you sign up for service must be accurate, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide during registration and your account will not become active until you respond to that email by clicking on the link provided.  If the information you provide during the People Fuel registration is deemed to be false or misleading your account may be terminated.  You and only you are responsible for the actions that occur under your account.  If you become aware of any activity under your account contact us immediately and inform us of such activity and change your password.  It is up to you to take care of your account and password if you must write them down, keep them in a safe place.

6. You must not harass flame, intimidate, abuse, or threaten other members, staff, or surfers of this community.  We all have a common goal and together with cooperation we can all achieve those goals faster.  Make an effort to be a good citizen and your efforts will surely be rewarded.

7. You cannot use this service to share or distribute any products, images, or services not owned by you.  It is okay to promote or endorse 3^rd party services but you cannot distribute them through People Fuel.

8. You may not submit password protected or restricted articles through people fuel.  You also may not include any hidden links or images on your articles.

9. You own the content of all of your articles.  People Fuel does not claim any ownership of any articles that you submit for publication.  You may publish or un-publish your articles at any time.  You agree that all content that you place in your articles is owned by you or you have explicit permission of the owner to publish that content.  You may not use any copy write content that you do not own or have permission of the copy write holder to use on the People Fuel site.  You are responsible for all of the content and the accuracy of the content of your articles submitted to the site.  Again People Fuel does not claim any ownership of the content that you submit; we will not use your content for any purposes at all.  You are not giving up any of your rights to your content at any time.

10. Revenue Sharing.  People Fuel is a revenue sharing website.  We share revenue by allowing our members to supply their Google Adsense publisher number and sharing the ads that are published on the content supplied by those members.  You agree that all content you supply will conform to the Google Adsense terms and conditions.  Revenue sharing is here for everyone to benefit from, when a single site attracts more content and surfers there are more chances for people to see your articles and your ads, increasing your opportunities for revenue.  People Fuel is one of the most powerful revenue generating concepts on the Internet today and we hope that you will take full advantage of this opportunity.

11. Privacy is important to all of us.  You agree that through the use of the People Fuel website you will from time to time receive emails automatically from the site, like during the registration process.  You may also receive email from the staff at People Fuel regarding your account or other problems that we need to contact you about.  You can also opt in to other communication with People Fuel including newsletters or other opportunities.  We will never share or sell your email address or personal information to any third party companies.  Never ever.

People Fuel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or website at any time.  We will be changing the website periodically to better serve our community and the Internet community as a whole.  We believe that constant growth and changes must occur to keep up with what our users want out of our service.  You may not agree with some of those changes, we are always open to suggestions and comments to better serve your needs.  The only recourse you have if you do not agree with those changes is to either file a complaint with our staff or to terminate your account.  People Fuel and its website are provided on an as is basis.  People Fuel expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.  People Fuel makes no warranty that the use of the website will be uninterrupted, error free, timely, or secure.  We make no warranty that the service provided will meet your expectations in any way even though we are constantly trying to improve the usefulness and serviceability of the site at all times.  If you have any issues with the service or the website we hope that you will give us the opportunity to correct the problem before you terminate your account.  We will try our best to make the service useful to you.
